He is survived by: his fiancée Tonya Scarberry; his children, Kyle Debord (Heidi), Sheena Sparks (Richard Curry), Brittney Sparks (Donnie Sisler), Olivia Sparks and Madison Sparks; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Summers, Kristen Summers, Kellsie Summers, Kourtney Jenkins and Cadence Curry; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Nolan Hanshaw and Amelia Waddle; his siblings, Connie Williams (Roger), Bonnie Sparks (Terry Miller), Marlene Jenkins (Ack) and Jeff Sparks (Debra); and his in-laws, Kathy Hughes (James), Lisa Scarberry and Norman Scarberry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
