He is survived by : his wife Tammie Perry (Waller); his sons, Kip and Cody Perry of Ironton, Ohio; his grandson Blake Perry; and his sisters, Betty Hanshaw, Connie Miller and Cindy DePriest. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
