He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Stevens and Emma Stevens (Jerrels); his wife Carolyn J Stevens (Gustin); and his son Billy Ray Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Eichenlaub (Jim) of Wilmington, Ohio; his stepson Mark Lowe (Patti) of Peebles; his sister Polly Stamper of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Zach Lowe (Breanna), Justin Grundy, Casie Cox (Josh) and Jessica Grundy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home (119 Rarden Rd, Peebles, OH 45660). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Louisville Cemetery.
