He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Slack of Peebles, Johnny Morris of Missouri and David McCarry of Georgia; and his siblings, Jimmy Slack (Brenda) and Donna Pierce of Peebles. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
