He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sowards and Grace Sowards (Little); and his brother Herb Sowards. He is survived by: his wife Millie Sowards (Stephenson). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Washburn Cemetery.
