He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel James and Janet Easterling (Bowman). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Easterling of Peebles, Ohio; his sons, Darrell Paul Easterling of Sardinia, Ohio and Brian Helterbridle of West Union, Ohio; and his close friends, Mark and Chris Unger of Blue Creek, Ohio.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Kirker Cemetery (6935 OH-136, West Union, OH 45693).
