She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Looney and Jean Looney (Preston); her husband John O'Neal; and her brothers, Charlie Lemaster, Robert Lemaster, Tom Dennison and Chester Looney, II.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly (John Dofflemyer), Donna, Jessica (Joshua Whitley) and Erica (Steve Malone); her brothers, Bill Lemaster of Waverly, John Lemaster of Minford, Steve Looney of West Virginia and Carl Looney of Waverly; and her grandchildren, Christian, Emma, Sawyer, Morgan, Megan and Zoe. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren.
