Carter; her children, Shannon Carter (Kevin Stultz) of Hillsboro, Bobby Carter of Florida, Tony Carter (Christine) and Daryl Carter (Tab) of Louden, OH.; and her siblings, Sandy Amyx, Johnny, Ponch, Bill, Denny, Ronnie and Delbert Gibson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
