It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Kay Lacy of Peebles, Ohio, born in Vanceburg, Kentucky, who passed away on June 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Heber Homer and Nettie Violus Williams (Johnson); and her siblings, Roger Williams, Clarence Williams, Evey Williams and Winfred Williams.

She is survived by : her daughter Lee Ann Bancroft (Jody) of Ashtabula, Ohio; her siblings, Ottie Williams, Wayne Williams and Jane Hillard; her grandchildren, Corey Hague (Sierra) of Ashtabula and Kasey Hague of Ashtabula; and her great grandchild Ameila. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
