She was predeceased by : her father Robert Bowman. She is survived by : her mother Delores Bowman (Miller) of Dayton; her children, Bethany Jolly (Emmanuel) of Maysville, Kentucky and Andrew Waters of Peebles; her sister Marcia Fye (Jake) of Dayton; and her close friend Tami Graham of Peebles. She is also survived by her niece and nephew.
