We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 75, Ronald Davenport of Peebles, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Davenport and Jessie Davenport (Adams); his daughter Jessica; and his siblings, Evelyn, Nola Rostine, Wilbur Eugene (Bonnie), Harry Douglas (Alvina) and Marguerite Bellew (Kenneth).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Wallace of Winchester; and his grandsons, Keegan Joseph (Maggie Bauer) of Peebles and Jack Sutton Pomeroy of Fort Thomas, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home (216 W Mulberry St, West Union, OH 45693). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made to Jan and Andy Davenport Scholarship Fund c/o Adams County Community Foundation, PO Box 185, West Union, OH 45693 or to a cancer research/cancer fighting charity of your choice, especially for children.
