She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Knauff and Agnes Knauff Vanpelt (Dwight Chaney); her daughter Patty Cox; her siblings, Maxie, Wylie, Charles Knauff, Inez McCleese and Irene Puckett; and her stepfather Oscar Vanpelt.
She is survived by : her children, David Chaney (Mary) of Hillsboro, Dennis Chaney of Hillsboro, Doug Chaney of Hillsboro, Pamela Chaney of Hillsboro and Peggy Curl (Dan) of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Jonathan Chaney (Tabitha), Nathan Chaney (Jamie) and Emily Chaney; her great grandchild Natalie; her great great grandchildren, Mericle, Piper, Braxton and Gus; her siblings, Glenn Knauff of Jamestown, James VanPelt of Peebles and Kay Bartley of New Vienna; and her son-in-law Leroy Cox of Greenfield.
