He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rodney and Ella Freeman (Stephens). He is survived by : his children, Tedd Price of Centerville and Mimi Combs (Billy) of Dayton; and his siblings, Charlie Freeman of Dayton and Ruth Ann Jensen of Cincinnati. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Teddy's name to the VA Victory Ridge Hospice Unit, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
