He is survived by: his children, Vicky Sorgenfrei, Pamela Metzger (Mike) and Kevin Philo (Connie); and his grandchildren, Bill Starkey (Linda), Duane Starkey, Keith Starkey, Kirk Starkey (Robin), Brenda Schnitker (Dave), Mitchell Bailey (Bonnie), Shawn Bailey, Crista Leady (Michael), Nicole Bettenbrock (Corey), Michelle Turos (Nikko), Travis Philo (Allie), Tyler Philo (Savana) and Troy Philo. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
