With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey B. Lewis of Pemberville, Ohio, who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Larry Lewis; his brother Joshua Lewis; and his grandfather James M. Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Jacklyn K. Lewis (Mitchell) of Bowling Green; and his brothers, Justin Wairse and Jared Wairse. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contribution to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.
