She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson A. Stickel and Thelma Stickel (Emch); her husband Richard Brinker; her son Jeffrey Ford; her sister Carol Stickel; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Jean Rollins, Ruth Ann Hentges and Paul Brinker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Gardner (Randy) of Bowling Green and Lori Avers (Tom) of Gibsonburg; her grandchildren, Brooks Gardner (Laura), Christina Olmstead (Jordan), Austin Gardner (Brittanne), Brent Lowry (Stephanie), Danielle Lowry, Brock Avers (Kylie), Taylor Adame (Junior), Ryan Avers (Karis) and Brady Ford; her stepchildren, Scott Brinker (Margie), Amy Glass (Rich) and Patti Brann (Stewart); her brother Dale Stickel (MaryElyse); her sisters-in-law, Kitty Hahn, Janell Vickers and Marilyn Hamen; Tammy Ford of Toledo. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or Ashanti Hospice.
