He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lewis and Florence Lillian Rife (Davis); and his sister Shirley Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jennifer Gutierrez of Bowling Green, Rob Stephenson (Nadia) of Luckey, Michelle Holliday (Jason) of Bowling Green and Ron Rife (Amy) of Perrysburg; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alex, Brayden, Mia, Jonah, Aubree and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Mazey and Kinsley. He is also survived by his niece, nephews, and many close friends.
