She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Firth and Gertrude Firth; her husband Stanley; her daughter Donna Klaczko; her stepmother Clara Firth; her brother Maruice Firth; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Klaczko (Dorothy), Leo Klaczko, Casmer Andrzejewski (Stella), Eva Schaedel (Charles), Chester Andrezejewski (Helen) and Adella Kapusinski (Carl).
She is survived by: her son Gary M. Klaczko; her granddaughter Jennifer Rank (Dennis); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Morgan and Dylan.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2420 Oakwood Dr, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Patricia's name to a charity of your choice.
