He was predeceased by: his brother Dr. Samuel Popovsky (Alicia); and his parents, Clara Popovsky and Abraham Popovsky. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Goldberg; his children, Ricardo Popovsky and Deborah Popovsky; his stepchildren, Zoe Housman (Josh) and Zachary Baris; his grandchildren, Roxanne, Jordan, Julian and Sylvie; and his sister Marta Paz (late David).
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The Park Synagogue (27500 Shaker Blvd, Pepper Pike, OH 44124).
