It is with sadness that the passing of Leslie Friedman of Pepper Pike, Ohio is shared. Leslie, born on July 8, 1936, passed away on September 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel and Olga (Cecilia). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gelfand; his children, Lee (Barb), Doug (Ilene) and Lisa (Shelby); his grandchildren, Aly (Aaron), Zak, Samantha (Steve), Jared (Brie), Julian (Aubrey) and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Lilah, Ada and Kalina; his brother Marvin (Anne); his cousin Ervin; his sister-in-law Marlene; and his nieces and nephews, Halle (Dan), Robbie, Susan and Andrea (Steve).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Mt. Olive Cemetery (27855 Aurora Rd, Solon, OH 44139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Jewish National Fund or a charity of the donor's choice in Les' memory.
