He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha; and his daughter Terry Ann. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Lewis; his stepchildren, Rob Dubyak and Susan Lenahan (Brian); his grandchildren, Rachel, Jordan, Lainey Dubyak, Maddie and Ryan Lenahan; and his son Tony Crabbe.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Terry Ann Goodman Fund at John Carroll University.
