He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett and Ruth; and his sister Esther Pearce. He is survived by : his wife Karla Erzen of Perry; his children, Allen Jr. of Perry and Lynn Schaefer (Kurt) of Concord; his grandson Hudson Schaefer; and his brothers, Edward Dunlap (Nina) of Georgia and E. Dale Dunlap (Louis) of Mentor.
