Dale P. Stitz Obituary

We announce the death of Dale P. Stitz of Perry, Ohio, who passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 78. Dale will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Dale will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Dale will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Dale’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Stitz and Elizabeth Stitz; his wife Janice Stitz; his children, Amy Doerrer (Jonathan) of Fairlawn, Jeff Stitz of Washington, D. C. and Mark Stitz of Cincinnati; and his siblings, Jim Stitz of Leander and Bonnie Keevert of Canton.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Refuge of Hope Ministries.
