He is survived by : his children, Dallas Smith, IV (Donna), Terry Trobenter (Jeff) and Tina Hart (Joe); his grandchildren, Chris, Katie (Jason), Kyle (Becca), Dallas V (Kara), Lexi (Eric), Joshua, Taylor, Emma, Tommy and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Joey, Elijah, Johnny, Nicco, Lorelai and Emmett; his brother John Smith (Carolyn); his former life partners, Shirley Hines (Robert) and Nancy Ham; and also, Erin, Dana and Myla.
