Though Annie may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milt Holbrook and Eliza Holbrook (McKenzie); her husbands, Leo Adams and Robert Hackworth; and her children, LouAnn Martin and Alvin Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin Adams (Belinda) of Marysville and Brenda Snyder (Terry) of Luckey; and her sister Beth Lee Wallen. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contribution to: Emmanuel Freewill Baptist Church, or a charity of the donor's choice.
