She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Johns (Randy) of Millbury; her grandchildren, Dylan Shamp (Madeline Vineyard), Dallas Shamp (Sarah Norden), Logan Shamp (Lynnsie), Ellen Seifert (Austin), Hannah Johns (Andrew Wilson) and Clair Johns (Ryan Feskanich); and her great grandchild Gavin Seifert.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Lakewood Church of the Brethren or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
