He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Parker and Nellie Parker (Sherman). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; and his sons, Billy L. Parker Jr. (Amy) and Bobby Parker (Barbra). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; along with many loving family members and friends.
