He is survived by: his mother Heather O'Leary; his family Alvin; his sisters, Alexis Kiss, Adriana Tyler and Nevaeh Tyler; his grandparents, Victoria Paul (Ted Liechty) and Kevin O'Leary; his aunts and uncles, Beckie Cornelison, Joshua Daniels, Kevin O'Leary II and Sumer O'Leary; his nephews, Austin Cornelison, Noah Cornelison (Rashalle) and Mason Daniels; and his niece Amber Hobbs (Dave).
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Freck Funeral Chapel (1155 S Wynn Rd, Oregon, OH 43616). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
