With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brittany Smillie of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, who passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 40. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brittany Smillie to pay them a last tribute.
Though Brittany may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brittany touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She is survived by: her parents, Glen Smillie and Kandy Ostheimer Smillie; her children, Stylz, Selyseon and Jymeire Williams; her grandchild Kingston Williams; her uncle Keith Ostheimer; her sister Mindy Ostheimer of Sandusky; and her nieces, Ariana Curley of Port Clinton and Brianaysa Curley of Sandusky. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Brittany's memory to the American Stroke Association. A GoFundMe has also been established for Brittany.
