She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Augustus and Dee Augustus of Toledo; her sister Nancy Everett; her husbands, Thomas L. Emahiser, Donald L. Bettis and Ronald Jackson; and her stepdaughter Jennifer Bettis.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Emahiser (Jeana), Donald Emahiser (Sarah) and Jenifer Anderson (James); her stepchildren, Tammy Kuhl, Jeff Jackson and Julie Brunt; her grandchildren, Alyah Anderson, Noah Anderson, Alexia Emahiser and Ethan Emahiser; her great grandchildren, Cortz and Ezra Emahiser; and her caregivers, Dana Lefevers and Julie Gilkerson.

A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lenawee Hills Cemetery (1291 Wolf Creek Hwy, Adrian, MI 49221).
