She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Bell and Edward Bell; her siblings, Jim Bell (Faye) and Terri Marckel (Wayne); her son-in-law Matthew Williams; and her nephews, Cory Bell, Mike and Joe Marckel.

She is survived by: her children, Shondie Williams and Chris Birr; her grandchildren, Bryce, Mia and Maci; her great grandchildren, Zade and Zander; and her siblings, Eddie (Dessie), Donnie Bell and Beverly Bell. She is also survived by numerous family members including cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, we know Cathy would love it if we continued on her legacy of providing help with the elderly community.
