He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Amanda R. Burns (Paul) of Lambertville, MI, David Chad Creps of Perrysburg, OH, Thomas Sonny Creps of Perrysburg, OH and Kristen A. Creps (Nick) of Toledo, OH; his granddaughters, Hayden Creps (Lambertville) and Gwynavere Myers; his sister Audrey Yandrich of Atlasburg, PA; his siblings-in-law, Stanley J. Yaworski, Joe Yaworski, Robert Yaworski, Frances Pleska, Mary Ann Marsella and Shirley Maurer; his niece April Yandrich (Jon) of Pittsburgh, PA; his nephew Richard H. Creps III (Michele) of Oakdale, PA; his great-nephews, Richmond of Oakdale and Richart of Oakdale; his cousin Bob Creps (Beverly) of Burgettstown, PA; and his pets, Bella and Maizee.
