She is survived by: her husband Jim Ortyl; her children, Brent Billmaier (Joy) of Maumee and Brooke Wagner (Kevin) of Seabrooke Island, SC; her grandchildren, Emma Joy and Jackson Billmaier of Maumee; her stepson James P. Ortyl (Sarah) of Perrysburg; and her stepgrandchildren, William and Gabrielle Ortyl of Perrysburg.
Friends and family will be received Thursday, February 5, 2026 from 10-1 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg, where a celebration of Joy's life will begin at 1 p.m. Since Joy had been a two-time breast cancer survivor, she requests that contributions be made to the Victory Center 3166 N.
