She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Sr. Mantey and Ruth Mantey (Townsed); her husband Bert E. Belville Sr.; her son Ralph; and her brothers, Harvey and Richard Mantey.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Waller (Robert) and Bert Belville Jr.; her grandchildren, Courtney, Austin Sr., Brittany, Tyler and Weston; her great grandchildren, Austin Jr., Emmett and Serena; and her siblings, Flora Laney, Imogene Mantey and Terry Mantey.
