He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Cusenza and Marie Cusenza; and his brother Jerry Cusenza. He is survived by: his sons, Vincent and Jack; the mother of his children Jennifer Settle (Alison Frye); his brother Joseph Cusenza (Christie); his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Ben, Dominic Cusenza, Julia and Jessica Molnar; his aunt Fran DesRosiers (late Gerald); his sister-in-law Patty Molnar (Erin); Abigail and Mackenzie. He is also survived by family where cousins were more like siblings.
