He is survived by: his father John Guilliam; his sons, Jay Guilliam (Mary) and Kevin Guilliam; his grandchildren, Jay II Guilliam (Alexis), Emily Guilliam, Isabelle Guilliam and Gabe Guilliam; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Guilliam and Sawyer Guilliam; his siblings, John Guilliam (Kacy) and Lois Haidet (Mike); and his pet Lana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
