She is survived by: her children, Beth Turner of Swanton and John Blevins (Diana Murillo) of El Paso, TX; her stepdaughter Michelle Blevins of Toledo; her grandchildren, Adrian, Ray, Shelby Turner and Byron Blevins; and her siblings, Barbara, Peg, Darlene, John, Stephanie and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Make a Wish Foundation, St. Rose Catholic Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
