He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Everhart and Renee C. Everhart (Barbey); his sister Betty Elder; his grandson Steven Scot Everhart; and his son-in-law Mark E. Vogl.
He is survived by: his sister Jacqueline McMullen; his children, Steve Everhart (Linda), Brad Everhart (Martha), Greg Everhart (Anne), Janet McClary (Kent) and Linda Vogl; and his grandchildren, Leslie, Alison, Michael, Jacob, Renee, Aric, Angie, Isaac, Anna, Elizabeth, Emily, Peter and David. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory - Perrysburg (222 E South Boundary St, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Fort Meigs Union Cemetery (620 W Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, OH 43551).
