He is survived by: his significant other Caroline; his children, Christa Johnson, Marcella Jeffries (Kevin), John Shaffer Jr. (Jamie) and Christina Wyman (Ray); and his grandchildren, Marcos Johnson (Maria), Ashley Cooper (Michael), Hailey Hame, Anthony Hame (Kirsten), Sydney Rolf (DJ), Michael Shaffer, Brittany Shaffer, Alexis Shaffer, Sariah Shaffer, Serenity Shaffer, John Shaffer III and Mya Shaffer. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and nine siblings.
