She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Uhlenhake (Ryan) of Lewis Center and Adam R. Berry of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sam, Anna and Joseph; and her brother Danny L. Marsh of Clyde.

Judy's family requests that memorial contributions be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551.
