He is survived by : his brother Kevin (Carol); his daughters, Jennifer Waite (Michael) and Jodi Packard (Dan); his grandchildren, Emily, John Waite, Amber, Trever, Tim, Zach Packard and Kiley Bowlin; his nephew Nick Alexander; his niece Lindsay McKitrick (David); his great-nieces, Kendra McKitrick and Larissa Alexander; his great-nephew Alex McKitrick; and his close friend Dave Shuman.
