She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Iannone and Mary Iannone (Flanagan); and her brother Peter Iannone. She is survived by: her significant other Roger Bell; her daughters, Mary Ann, Adrienne Williams (Matt) and Jennifer Patterson (Brian); her grandchildren, Henry, Leah Williams, Erin and Molly Patterson; and her siblings, Antoinnette Smith (Roger), Susan Frakes (William), Michael Iannone (Margaret), James Iannone (Terese) and Anthony Iannone (Amy).
Her dissertation focused on the perceptions of emergency nurses to respond to an avian influenza threat, only years prior to the global COVID pandemic.
