She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Cepko (Kovacik) and Rudolf Cepko; her husband Robert Kohl; and her sister Irene Repka (Cepko). She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Kohl; her grandchildren, Kristin and Brian Kohl; her daughter Debbie Kohl-Bouts (Bruce); her grandchildren, Alexa Bouts (Nate Sell) and Keith Bouts; and her siblings, Robert Cepko, Rudy Cepko Jr. (Mary) and Helen Warns (Cepko). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
