He is survived by: his father Victor Williams Sr.; his children, Matthew, Steven, Christine, Abigail and Henry; his wife Kathleen Williams (Zbierajewski); and his brothers, Victor Williams Jr. (Brenda) and Andrew Williams (Laura). He is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
