He is survived by: his wife Rowenda "Row" Dellisanti; his sons, Dominic John Paul Dellisanti and Zachary Ryan Dellisanti; his parents, Paul C. Dellisanti (Dawn) and Sharon D. Schoch (Jeff); his sisters, Amy Scott (James) and Lauren Giardini (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Randee Beck and Robert Vincent (Brenda); and his siblings' children, Skylar Scott, Isabella Giardini, Giada Giardini, Courtney Overton, Kolten, Kauy, Kamden and Kaden Thompson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to help establish a trust account for his sons.
