He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Lawicki (Richard) and Michael Hurley (Jodi); his grandchildren, Melissa Decker (John), Brittany Lawicki, Jacob Lawicki (Hailey), Chelci Hurley (Brian) and Teagan Johnson (Brandon); his stepgrandsons, Albert Miller and Nathan Miller; his brother Tommy Hurley; his siblings-in-law, Lois Hylton (Ricky), Jeffery Caudill (Kathy), Claudia Caudill, Gwen Caudill, Leona Caudill, Opal Hurley, Edward Caudill, Curtis Caudill, Orville Caudill, Ivol Caudill, Cecil Ray Caudill, Loren Caudill, Jimmy Caudill, Herb Moore, Carrol Rowe, Martin Cantrell, Dorothy Moore, Emma Rowe and Ina Cantrell; and his stepgrandchildren, James Miller and Kaylee Miller. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
