He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Evans and Anna Evans (Kaukusch); his wife Mary Jane (Kubiak); and his sons, Frankie and Tommy Evans.
He is survived by: his children, John Evans (Charmaine), Susan Gaut (Ronald), William Evans (Marlene) and Kathryn Fern (Daniel); his grandchildren, Tonya Garner (Matthew), Felicia Gaut, Stephanie Gaut, Christopher Fern (Bernia), Alex Swonger (James) and KateLynn Fern; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Brennen, Bradley, Alan Jr., Charles, Nicholas, Avery, Landon and Sawyer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home - Witzler-Shank Chapel (222 E South Boundary St, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home (222 E South Boundary St, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Rose Cemetery (11442 Avenue Rd, Perrysburg, OH 43551).
