He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wiliam and Verna Sophia Rudolph (Libbe); his former wife Iris Yvonne Jones; his siblings, Fritz Rudolph, John Rudolph, Kerm Rudolph, Mary Oberdick and Helen Kurfess; and his daughter Elaine Wast.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Eloise Joy Wallace (Richard) of Chattanooga Tennessee and Philip James Rudolph Jr. (Mary Lou) of Perrysburg Township; his grandchildren, Caitlin Shetty (Sam), Hunter Rudolph (Lexi), Kellie Woodward (Ross), Hollie Wallace, Lauri Tillotson and Elizabeth Boyles (Dirk); his great grandchildren, Wyatt Richardson, Lila Joy Richardson, Carson Richardson, Audrey Woodward, Chad Woodward, Shea Tillotson, Zane Tillotson and Owen Boyles; and his sister Kathleen Holzman.
