It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Bell of Perrysburg, Ohio, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bell (Horsey) and Audrey Bell; her son Bobby Witkowski; her brothers, Jim, Roger and Bob; her nephew Chip; and her nieces, Connie and Dena.

She is survived by: her sister Debby Whitner (Jeff); her sister-in-law Norma Bell; her children, John Witkowski (JoAnn), Daniel Witkowski (Wenelyn) and Susette Schirm (Jeff); her grandchildren, Dustin, Shanda, Angela, Jeremy, Emily, Mathias, Lindsay, Lauren and Livi; and her close friend Don Hayes. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
