We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, at the age of 83, Celestine Marie Skinner of Perrysville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Dorothy Ann Stiverson, Mary Clark of Virginia and Thomas Elmer Skinner. She is survived by : her brother Paul James Skinner of Granville, Ohio.; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle Simms (Brent), Amy Burghardt (Paul) of Ann Arbor, Mi, Cindy Chapman (Mike), Kari Eggleston (Eric), Teresa Harrison (Robert), Carla Graven (Walter), Ronda Hales, James Clark (Annette) of Winfield, WV, Scott Clark, Elizabeth Wentworth (John), Celestine Morgan, Tommie Harless (Richard), Jackson and Jennifer Connolly (Nathan). She is also survived by 29 great nieces and nephews, 18 great great nieces and nephews and 1 great great great nephew.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Hayesville, Ohio EMS, 8 High St. Ashland, Ohio 44805 or St. Louis Catholic Church or a charity of your choice.
